The hillside vines of the Noble Valley vineyard profit from their placement in the shadow of the Vosges mountains which shelter them from wind and rain conceding nearly 1800 hours of sunlight per year to the northerly French region of Alsace. It is this concession that results in a well-born wine of length and honeyed elegance. A basket of citrus fruit and white flowers, this off-dry grand cru embraces with a vivacious acidity and buoyant finish. Enjoy with shellfish, sweet and sour chicken or on its own.
